KalonGuide™ is a trademark of Kalona Health, pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in International Class 42 (software as a service; technology services) and International Class 44 (health information services; medical information services).
Kalona Health™ is a trademark of Kalona Health, pending USPTO registration in International Class 44.
Use of the KalonGuide name, wordmark, or any confusingly similar mark in connection with health technology, medication assistance, or related services — without prior written authorization from Kalona Health — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.
Upon confirmation of USPTO registration, the ™ symbol on all pages will be updated to ® and the registration number will be added to this notice. The date of this update will be logged in our internal Notion records and on this page.

Tool intellectual property
The KalonGuide tool — including its methodology, question logic, decision tree structure, output framework, eligibility pathway design, and user experience flow — constitutes proprietary intellectual property owned exclusively by Kalona Health.
This tool IP is protected as a trade secret and as a copyrightable work of authorship under 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Kalona Health:
- Copying, reproducing, or replicating the tool’s question logic or decision structure
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the tool
- Creating derivative works based on the tool’s methodology or output framework
- White-labeling, rebranding, or presenting the tool under any other name
- Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the tool or its outputs
- Using the tool’s methodology to build a competing product or service
- Sublicensing, selling, or transferring access to the tool to any third party
Prohibited uses of the site
You may not use kalonguide.com or its content for any of the following purposes:
- Commercial use without prior written authorization from Kalona Health
- Misrepresenting affiliation with KalonGuide or Kalona Health
- Creating a competing tool using KalonGuide’s IP, methodology, or content
- Framing or mirroring any portion of this site without permission
- Systematic or automated access, including scraping or crawling
- Any use that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
- Any use that misrepresents the source or accuracy of KalonGuide’s information
Independence and non-endorsement
Kalona Health is an independent company. KalonGuide is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or financially connected to any pharmaceutical manufacturer, pharmacy benefit manager, insurance company, government agency, or healthcare system.
The appearance of any program or resource in the KalonGuide tool does not constitute an endorsement of that program by Kalona Health. Program information is sourced from publicly available sources and is provided for informational purposes only. Users should independently verify program terms before applying.

Kalona Health reserves the right to seek injunctive relief, statutory damages, actual damages, attorneys’ fees, and any other remedies available under law or in equity.
